How to pay us

As most work is completed while you wait, you can pay in the shop when it is ready. Other work such as larger print runs that take longer to complete can also be paid on collection or in advance if you prefer. Work sent to our partners e.g. for hardback binding will require payment in full at the point of order.

As well as cash, you can pay with debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay and Google Pay. There is no minimum card sale amount. Online card payments are also possible; we will send you a link to make a secure payment.

We can also accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer (BACS or from overseas). We can provide a VAT invoice which lists the acceptable methods of payment. Please ask for an invoice when you place the order. We do request that we receive payment on or before collection so please bear this in mind if using a bank transfer which can take a few days.

The University of Manchester: Purchase Orders can be sent to “Muprint Ltd” (MUPR0001) once we have confirmed pricing. We will also accept payment using the University’s credit card; we can issue an invoice with a link to make a secure online payment.

We are happy to accept official purchase orders from Manchester Metropolitan University and the Royal Northern College of Music. 

Purchase orders for 30 day credit terms from other businesses and organisations will only be accepted by special arrangement
