The UK Government may impose limitations with little or no notice on working practices which might impinge upon MuPrint Ltd. Our ability to fulfil online orders may be restricted: they may not be fulfilled in the time period specified on your order however when we receive your order, we will complete it as soon as is practicable.

In general, the prices shown for quantities of leaflets, posters, booklets, business cards etc. apply only if they are all the same design.
Not all printing is liable for VAT and many items such as leaflets, booklets, and dissertations are zero rated for VAT. However, some things can make these items liable for VAT at 20% e.g. a voucher, a form, a map, a ticket, an invitation. If your item includes one of these then we must add VAT to the price. Even something like “10% off with this flyer” for example would effectively make it a voucher.
Please be aware of this and until the final check is made on your artwork before printing, any quote we give you will be subject to standard rate VAT on those items that we are obliged to apply VAT by law.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us immediately to discuss the problem. If you are not entirely satisfied, please return your print job to us within seven days and we will give you a full, no-quibble, money-back refund. We want you to be delighted when you print with MuPrint. You have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
Simply wrap up your print job and bring it to us at MuPrint, Rosamond House, 28 Higher Cambridge Street, MANCHESTER M15 6AA during opening hours.
Acceptance of Orders and Cancellation
When you place an order, we will always do our best to complete it to your satisfaction within the requested timescale. However, if for any reason we cannot do this, we will offer you an alternative solution or cancel the order with a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund any payment made.
If you wish to cancel your order, please tell us as soon as possible preferably by email.
We will start your print job within the number of working days shown. For example, if you ordered a job within ‘three days’ then we guarantee we will start your job within three working days from the day of your order. We will aim to complete the job within three working days from the day of your order too, subject to workflow. Wherever ‘days’ or ‘hours’ are mentioned in the context of Turnaround Times, we mean ‘Monday-Friday working days’.
The day that the order is placed does not count as day 1 so, for example, an order placed on Monday on the 3 day service will be ready by Thursday.
The number of days are our standard working days i.e. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm only. Bank Holidays are excluded. We are also closed for an extended period over the Christmas and New Year holidays. See our Opening Times for full details. Any special weekend openings are also excluded. Orders received close to or after closing time will be processed on the next working day.
For Same Day/24 Hours orders, we will print your order as soon as possible – on the same day if we can – and we aim to complete this within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Note that this is subject to our workload at the time that you place the order and might take longer during busy periods.
We will confirm the last possible completion date once the order has been accepted, subject to suitable artwork being provided. If artwork is not suitable for printing or is changed or requires alteration, then this may delay completion.
If you have requested delivery, this will take additional time after the printing has been completed – see below.
MuPrint’s Standard Delivery service, including free delivery, typically takes 2-3 working days. Please bear in mind that delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Note that the delivery time is in addition to the printing time: we cannot despatch an order until it has been completed. For security, a signature may be required on delivery. We will choose an appropriate carrier for your order such as Royal Mail, UPS or Parcelforce. Alternatively, it may be delivered in person by a MuPrint employee or a third-party courier.
MuPrint’s Express Delivery service is as described for Standard Delivery above, but will typically take 1-2 working days do deliver.
9AM NEXT DAY (by special arrangement – check with us before you order)
MuPrint’s 9AM Next Day Delivery service is as described for Standard Delivery above, but is delivered by 9AM next working day.
Any delivery that we offer free of charge will be to one single UK mainland address only.
Same day delivery to Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Manchester by a MuPrint employee is possible to the main MMU and UoM campuses on Oxford Road, and also to the UoM Sackville Street and MMU Brooks campuses. For avoidance of doubt, this service does not include Salford University or any other educational establishment such as Nazarene Theological College. This service is subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE: For certain larger package dimensions, delivery options can be limited. If the delivery method you have chosen in an online order is not available, MuPrint will choose an appropriate alternative form of delivery for you. MuPrint will make every effort to deliver your package by your chosen time.
For delivery outside the UK, please contact MuPrint for pricing. As the UK has now unfortunately left the European Union, we cannot deliver to any EU country due to the extra administration involved.
