Website FAQ

If you can’t log in because you’ve forgotten your password or username, simply go back to your login page and look BELOW the big blue ‘Login’ button.

 (It will look like this)

Click on the words ‘Lost Your Password?’ (or similar) underneath that button and follow the instructions which you see after you click.

Over time, your mailbox could become full, which means your email may stop working temporarily.

This is because, over time, emails with large attachments (e.g. movies, hi-resolution images and files over 1MB) start to build up, clogging your email account mailbox.

Messages you receive AND messages you send out, require space to be stored. Your mailbox will have at least 2000MB capacity which is enough for most users, so long as they are careful to avoid sending & receiving huge files.

If you are using your email to send collections of images, you are going to run into problems.

But there IS a better way!

If huge files (i.e. over 500K) are to be sent, consider sending them with www.wetransfer.com – it is a free service where you can email a link to the files you want to send, rather than send the files themselves.

Its quicker and avoids a lot of problems later on.

So what about clearing out a few of your old messages with huge attachments, which are doing the clogging?

If your website is with an Ionos account, it is very easy to clear out via Ionos webmail here.

First of all, test your email password – is it the right one?
